Benefits Of Light Agricultural Aviation:

* Acquisition, operation ($/Acre) and maintenance costs considerably lower than for conventional AG aircrafts.
* More efficiency in utilization of Crop Products: Low speed spreading (55 – 65 mph) compared with conventional AG aircrafts (120 – 130 mph). Flying at low speeds added to the small weight of the aircraft, reduces turbulence and the alteration of spraying trail is minimum, diminishing the unwanted spray drift.
* Low pressure and altitude spraying (7 to 10 ft over foliage), liberating drops with size between 50-300 microns, which precipitates quickly to the target, reducing the opportunity time for evaporation and its drift affectation to other crops.
* Better Maneuverability over small crops and operation on short, no-prepared runways; suitable for aerial works over small and irregular terrains.
* Lead-Free fuel (Super Plus automobile gasoline), which translates in less environmental impact related with atmospheric emissions and over human health, compared with High Octane AVGas used by conventional AG aircrafts, whose lead content has an accumulative effect over the pilot health.
